Something you might like to consider
The lakeside location and really good staff. The breakfast was Excellent, and the rooms were luxuriously appointed. I enjoyed every moment!
Though the atmosphere was good, I faced noise disturbances during events that interrupted the peace. Some food items were served lukewarm, disappointing.

Harveys point should be a 5 star hotel. It has everything you could wish for and more. We stay here a few times per year and it never fails to satisfy. The staff make you feel so special. We cruise every year on holidays but tha food at Harveys is a gastronomic delight. The rooms are amazing and among the most comfortable we have ever stayed in.

The room is wonderful and breathtaking with a bathroom, everything is wonderful. They have a couch, a dressing table and music system. The hotel offers stunning and exceptional location not far from the restaurant on both nights, the beautiful Donegal mountains and the lake. Besides, we thoroughly enjoyed the lake, located within 5 mins walk of the property.

A very well managed hotel. Every aspect of the hotel was excellent. We booked an Executive room which was both spacious and luxurious and which contained a very comfortable bed and very large, well appointed bathroom. Exceptional meals in the hotel restaurant. Friendly and efficient staff who were professional at all times. This hotel is a great credit to the family owners and management.
We could find no fault with this hotel nor its excellent staff.

We enjoyed the complimentary guided walk with Noel Cunningham . The rooms were spacious and offered fine lake views. Dining was really good with a great variety of local dishes that our whole family loved.
My kids wished there were more activities specifically for teenagers.
